  • What to Bring?

    Most importantly yourself! But you may want to bring a water bottle,  Mat, Towel- especially for hot yoga. We do offer Mats if you don't have one as well as sweat clothes, blocks, straps and a bottle filler. 

  • What to Wear?

    Comfortable, breathable clothing. Ex: Yoga leggings & tank top or T-shirt & shorts. 


    For Fitness classes, please bring a clean pair of athletic shoes to wear during the class.


  • Where to Park?

    On Main Street on the side of the building, state street in the front of the building or around the corner by City Hall. Entrance is on the side of the building on Main St.

  • What do I do upon arrival?

    Arrive 10 minutes early. Check in at the counter. Remove shoes, put personal belongings in a cubby provided, please put phones on vibrate or silent and find a space in the studio. No late arrivals accepted. The door will be locked once the class begins.
